Refund Policy


Upon completion of your payment, you will be given immediate access to the purchased course(s) and will be deemed as having received the goods. Within 7 days from receipt of the goods, you can request cancellation of your order by emailing your name, invoice number, and specific request to onlinetraining@resourcegroup.co.uk with the subject “Cancellation Request”. Upon receipt of such a request, we will withdraw all access to the course(s) specified. You will be provided with a full refund for any course(s) you have not started; If you have started the course(s), you will need to supply a reason with your cancellation request, justifying why you believe you are entitled to a refund, and we will consider your request and depending on your progress through the course(s) and the reasons given consider whether a refund is appropriate .Any refund, after starting a course will be at the discretion of Resource Group Limited.

NOTE: We will use data logged on our learning portal to verify if you have started the course(s). No refund of your payment will be provided for requests received after 7 days from receipt of goods.
